Classical Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), plus an extended period of guided relaxation. |
| ÔMidi | Take a break by revitalizing your body with a series of fluid movements and poses. |
| ÔPilates | Pilates gives practitioners improved posture, increased lung capacity and strong, sculpted muscles. |

Notes
It is advisable to arrive 15 mins before class with a light stomach. Your last meal should ideally be consumed at least 3 hours before class.
Yoga mats can be rented at $2 per session.
